Australian weather on Fabric

An end-to-end Microsoft Fabric pipeline from the Open-Meteo API to a Fabric Data Agent you can ask about the weather.

Every night the pipeline pulls live weather for Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane from Open-Meteo (free, no API key) and runs it through a medallion architecture:

  • Bronze: raw JSON in OneLake.
  • Silver: cleaned Delta tables for current, hourly and daily data.
  • Gold: a daily summary table.

A Fabric Data Agent sits on top, so you can ask things like “Which city will be warmest this week?” or “Which day has the highest UV index?”
