This is a personal site. I don’t sell anything, run ads, or ask you to sign up for anything. There are no forms, and I don’t collect your name or email unless you choose to email me.

Analytics

I use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site: how many people visit, which pages they read, where they came from, and how far they scroll. It helps me see what’s useful and what isn’t.

Clarity records things like:

• the pages you visit and how long you stay
• clicks, taps and scrolling
• your device type, browser, screen size and approximate location (country or region)
• the site that referred you, such as LinkedIn

Clarity also makes anonymised recordings of visits and heatmaps of where people click. Text you type into fields is masked, and I can’t see who you are.

Cookies

Clarity sets cookies so it can tell a new visit from a returning one, and Microsoft may use a cookie of its own for the same purpose. This site doesn’t set any other tracking cookies. It does remember your light or dark theme choice in your browser, which never leaves your device.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a content blocker, and the site will work exactly the same.

Who handles the data

Analytics data is collected and stored by Microsoft. You can read how they handle it in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. The site itself is hosted on Microsoft Azure.
