Employment certificate agent
A self-service Copilot Studio HR agent that generates employment certificates, with AI for the wording and SharePoint as the single source of truth.
Employees ask the agent for an employment certificate and get one in minutes: no HR emails, no manual editing, no waiting.
How it stays accurate
The agent identifies the signed-in user, looks up their details in a SharePoint list, uses AI only for the wording, and fills a fixed Word template. The facts come from the list, never from the model.
