Local Contract Analyzer

A privacy-first contract analysis tool that runs fully offline with Microsoft Foundry Local, so sensitive documents never leave your machine.

Upload a PDF contract and get a plain-English breakdown: a risk level, red flags, key terms, important dates and the questions you should ask. Everything runs on your own machine. After the one-time model download, it needs no internet and sends nothing to the cloud.

Stack

  • Foundry Local, Microsoft’s local AI runtime with an OpenAI-compatible API.
  • phi-4-mini, small and fast enough for document analysis on a laptop.
  • Streamlit for the UI and PyMuPDF for reading PDFs.
